2. What we process

At booking: name, phone, email, address, licence number, dates, car, handover, notes.

At the desk: booking status, fee, deposit, contract, signature flag.

3. Purpose and legal basis

To run the booking, the contract and contact — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract).

Invoices and retention — GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) (legal duty).

We do not sell data or profile you for ads.

4. Sharing, storage

Bookings stay in Trade Rent’s database. Confirmation email goes via Rackhost SMTP. Public address: rent@traderent.hu.

Invoice and contract data: kept under Hungarian accounting rules, typically 8 years.

Unused quote requests: 1 year.

5. Cookies

Language preference is stored in your browser (localStorage). No ad cookies, no extra analytics on the booking.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability — write to the email above.
