How much is the deposit?
It differs per car. You pay the deposit by a card in the renter's name at pick-up. Prepaid cards are not accepted. Skoda Octavia Combi 2.0 TDI: HUF 250,000; Nissan Juke Tekna: HUF 200,000; Kia Sportage Gold: HUF 250,000; Tesla Model 3 Long Range: HUF 400,000; Mercedes-Benz C 180: HUF 600,000; Mercedes-Benz V-Class XL: HUF 500,000; SEAT Leon: HUF 400,000; Mercedes-Benz GLC: HUF 1,000,000. No cash.
Minimum age?
Usually 21 with 1 year on the licence. 23 and 2 years on the licence for: Kia Sportage Gold, Tesla Model 3 Long Range, Mercedes-Benz C 180, Mercedes-Benz V-Class XL, Mercedes-Benz GLC.
Can I take it abroad?
Yes, with prior written consent: Austria, Slovakia, Czechia, Croatia, Slovenia. The Hungarian vignette is included; foreign vignettes, tolls and fines are yours.
How many km are included?
200 km / day. Extra km per the contract. For a long trip ask for unlimited km — WhatsApp or a note on the booking. HU national vignette is in the rate.
Do you bring it to the airport?
Yes. Liszt Ferenc (BUD), HUF 5,000. We match your arrival — at the terminal or an agreed point.
Delivery to another address?
Budapest home delivery is HUF 10,000. Vecsés, Gyömrő and the outskirts: we arrange it. Custom address on quote.
What if I am late?
Call or write as soon as you see the delay. We cannot overlap the next booking. Late fees follow the contract.
When is the deposit released?
At return, if there is no damage or fine.
How can I pay? Do I need a credit card?
Pay the rental fee online by card when you book (Teya), or on site by card at pick-up. The deposit is paid by card at pick-up in both cases. Debit and credit cards in the renter's name both work; prepaid and virtual prepaid cards are not accepted. We do not take cash or cash deposits.
What insurance is included?
Third-party liability insurance (MTPL) is in the rate; it covers damage to third parties. The renter pays for damage they cause during the rental. The deposit secures this but does not cap your liability. See section 5 of the terms.
How do I cancel?
By email or WhatsApp. Cancelling more than 5 days before the pick-up date is free of charge. Cancelling within 5 days before pick-up (but not on the pick-up day) costs 50% of the total rental fee. Cancelling on the pick-up day, or not showing up, costs 100% of the first day's rental fee plus 50% of the fee for the remaining days. See section 6 of the terms.
Can I book for today?
Same-day pick-up cannot be booked online. Message us on WhatsApp: we agree the car and time, then send you a payment link.
